-   SOME ESSENTIAL ADVICE TO HELP KEEP YOU HEALTHY   -

Wash you hands regularly and thoroughly during the day, using hot water and soap and dry them well. You can also use a hand disinfectant gel during the day, but you need both.

You should also wash/clean any items you buy, such as packs of butter, cheese, charcuterie etc. and dry them well before putting them in the fridge.

  • Other shopping that you don't need immediately, leave it unpacked (even in the car) for a few days - the virus can take this long to die naturally.
  • Always keep items as dry as possible - COVID19 survives better in damp conditions.
